What is an engagement party with out 200 of your closest family and friends to celebrate?  Then again, what goods a party without authentic paella and lamb on a spit, all set inside a private valley estate akin to Shangri-La called Diamond Peak?  Where the Spaniards and the Greeks came together to throw a party of epic proportions, this was to be the setting to one of the most extrodinary engagement shoots I've ever done.
