Anatomy of a photograph . ageless

I really like this image for a number of reasons but mainly simply because I like how it makes me feel.  Like we're not so different than our elders before us.  Our joys and passions often intertwine and although musical tastes have changed, the heart of celebrating is utterly timeless.  Often times, especially at weddings I see a clear division between the younger generation and the older.  It was such a joy to witness the bride's grandmother shake her stuff out on that dance floor with her new grandson.

The photograph itself is simple, backlit, from a videolit off the videographer.  I took a higher stance due to the crowd, standing on a chair.  I took three images of them dancing and felt this moment when I clicked the shutter.
